O	Toggle texture antialiasing (NEAREST ⇄ LINEAR)
L	Toggle lighting (50% ambient dim + bright lights at puck and each skater)

Results

Space

Open the Post Result screen (nhl95.fi) — stats ready to send. Pauses the game, same as opening it from Stats → Post Result.

Rewind

Backspace

Rewind 5 s — hold to keep going back. Takes the score, clock and penalties back with it, so a goal that shouldn't have counted can be undone. Online: host only.
